Common Lilac (Syringa Vulgaris Madame Lemoine)

One of the most beautiful of all the old fashioned lilac varieties, ‘Madame Lemoine’ produces masses of double, snowy white flower heads with strong, sweet heady fragrance in May & June. A tough, reliable and extremely hardy variety in spite of it’s highly elegant appearance and will thrive in full sun. can be grown as a shrub or small tree and would make a stunning informal hedge or garden divider.
